Our NC-559 soldering flux paste is a high-quality, Amtech-type formulation designed for electronics repair, console servicing, PCB work and general soldering applications.

It offers good wetting and smooth solder flow, making it particularly useful for jobs such as HDMI port replacement, fine-pitch component work, connector repair and general motherboard servicing.

We also use this type of flux in our own workshop for everyday soldering and repair work.

Hot Air & BGA Work

This flux is well suited to everyday hot-air rework and smaller component jobs.

For large BGA devices such as CPUs and GPUs, we recommend using a flux specifically selected for high-temperature BGA rework and the requirements of that particular process.
