Aladdin XT Plus 2 for Original Xbox

The Aladdin XT Plus 2, also known as xenoFX, is a compact and affordable modchip for the Original Xbox, compatible with motherboard revisions from v1.0 through v1.6B.

This version features 256KB flashable memory and can be reflashed with compatible BIOS images, making it suitable for repair, restoration, homebrew and custom Original Xbox builds.

It is supplied pre-programmed and can also be updated with supported BIOS releases such as compatible Cerbios 256KB builds.

The Aladdin XT Plus 2 can be reflashed with compatible 256KB BIOS images.

LPC Rebuild Options

For Original Xbox v1.6 / v1.6B motherboards, an LPC rebuild may be required.

Compatible LPC rebuild QSBs are available separately and provide a cleaner alternative to rebuilding the LPC connections manually with individual wires.

Operating Modes

Chip Off
Tap the power button normally to boot using the console’s original BIOS.

Chip On
Press and hold the power button to boot using the Aladdin-installed BIOS.

Important Flashing Information

This model is reflashable, but incorrect flashing can leave the chip unable to boot.

Recovery may require suitable external programming hardware or another compatible console/repair setup, so firmware changes should only be carried out if you understand the recovery process.
