Xbox 360 RGH Send-In Service

Send your compatible Xbox 360 console to us for a professional RGH installation.

We support most Xbox 360 Slim consoles and selected Xbox 360 PHAT models. Where suitable, we install RGH3. If a console is better suited to a chip-based installation, we may use RGH 1.2 instead.

Each console is professionally installed, configured and tested before return.

Supported Consoles

Generally supported:

• Xbox 360 Slim – compatible Trinity and Corona models
• Xbox 360 PHAT – selected Falcon and Jasper models

Not supported:

• Winchester-based Xbox 360 E consoles
• Xenon
• Zephyr
• Opus

If you are unsure which motherboard you have, contact us before sending the console.

Installation Method

Depending on the motherboard revision and individual console:

• RGH3 may be used where suitable
• RGH 1.2 may be used where a chip-based installation is more appropriate
• Clean professional wiring and installation
• Console tested after modification
• Boot performance checked before return

Software Setup

Where applicable, we install commonly used Xbox 360 homebrew software including:

• Aurora dashboard
• DashLaunch
• XeXMenu
• Homebrew support
• Emulator support

Commercial game libraries and unauthorised ROM collections are not supplied.

You can add your own legally obtained software and backups where permitted.

Storage

Your existing compatible HDD can be used with the console.

You may also use compatible external USB storage after the console has been returned.

Optional Extras

Optional upgrades may include:

• Internal USB storage connection
• Custom LED lighting
• RGB fan lighting
• DVD drive servicing or compatible firmware configuration
• Viper Dual-NAND hardware
• Extended internal or USB storage support

Internal USB Option

An internal USB connection can be installed inside the console for compatible storage devices.

This does not replace the standard external USB ports.

Dual-NAND Option

A compatible Viper Dual-NAND setup can be installed for advanced users who require separate NAND environments.

This is a specialist option and is not required for normal RGH use.

XL Storage Support

Optional storage patches can increase supported drive capacities beyond standard configurations.

Some configurations require FATXplorer and a Windows PC to prepare future drives.

We recommend choosing this option only if you understand the additional requirements.

Send-In Instructions

Please send:

• Console only
• HDD you want configured, if applicable

Please do not send:

• Power supply
• Controller
• HDMI cable
• Unnecessary accessories

Include a note inside the parcel with:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Contact details

This is important so we can identify your console when it arrives.

Console Condition

Please only send a console that is currently functioning correctly.

This service is not intended to repair consoles with:

• Overheating problems
• GPU faults
• CPU faults
• Existing board damage
• Intermittent power faults

RGH installation will not repair underlying hardware problems.

If we identify existing damage or faults, we will contact you before continuing.

Important Information

• Professional soldering and motherboard work is involved
• Pre-existing faults may become apparent during disassembly
• Cosmetic condition is not altered unless a cleaning or refurbishment service is also purchased
• Commercial game libraries are not included
• Third-party online services are subject to their own terms and availability
• Return postage is charged separately at checkout where applicable
