If your existing drive is running out of space or you want a larger replacement internal drive, we can upgrade the console to either 1TB or 2TB storage and prepare the system for use.

Important – Your Console Will Be Reset

Replacing the internal hard drive requires the console storage to be reconfigured.

This means local data on the existing internal drive may be removed during the upgrade.

After receiving the console back, you may need to:

• Sign back into your Microsoft account
• Reinstall or download your games and applications
• Apply available system and game updates
• Restore any data available through your account or existing backups

We recommend ensuring any important data is backed up or synchronised before sending the console.
